Sunny smoothie with pumpkin and sea buckthorn

  1. 1. Peel the pumpkin from the skin and seeds and cut it into pieces. We use only sweet varieties of pumpkin. A well-ripened sweet banana is also peeled and chopped.
  2. 2. Pour the washed sea buckthorn berries into the blender bowl, and pour water. Grind into a puree.
  3. 3. Strain the sea buckthorn puree through a sieve to get rid of the seeds.
  4. 4. Pour the sea buckthorn juice back into the blender. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon. Add pumpkin and banana pieces. Beat everything until smooth at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour into glasses.
