  5. In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Stir until smooth.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place sliced ​​pita bread on it. Pour the melted butter over the pita bread and gently toss so that all pieces are covered with butter. If desired, pita bread can be poured with oil and mixed in a separate bowl, and then immediately put on a baking sheet - the main thing is that the pieces do not stick together.
  7. Sprinkle pita bread in parts with a mixture of cocoa and cinnamon with sugar, stirring and sprinkling again to distribute the mixture as evenly as possible among the pieces of pita bread.
  8. Put the prepared pita bread in the oven. Remove the pan from the oven periodically and stir gently with a spatula. Thus, dry the pieces of pita bread until brittle. It took me about 10-13 minutes.
  9. Remove the finished sweet "chips" with cocoa and cinnamon from the oven, cool on a baking sheet and serve.
