Potatoes stuffed with chicken and mushrooms will look very nice on the festive table. It can serve both as a side dish and as an independent dish. Despite the ease of preparation, stuffed potatoes are incredibly tasty and very satisfying.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Peel potatoes.
  2. Using a knife and a teaspoon, remove the middle. Potatoes should look like small boats
  3. To make the potatoes stable, for this you need to cut off the bottom a little.
  4. Pour the potatoes with water so that they do not darken while the filling is preparing.
  5. Remove the top layer of the onion and chop finely.
  6. Wash mushrooms and cut.
  7. Slice the chicken breast. The smaller the better.
  8. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. I added some sugar to make the onions turn golden faster.
  9. It only takes 2-3 minutes to fry. I overdid it a little :), since I added sugar for the first time and did not expect that the onion would be ready so quickly.
  10. Fry mushrooms.
  11. Now salt the chicken and fry in a pan for 10 minutes.
  12. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  13. Mix with mayonnaise (can be replaced with fat sour cream).
  14. And mix well.
  15. Now start stuffing the boats :)
  16. Put champignons on the bottom :)
  17. Then add the onion.
  18. Next is the cooked chicken breast.
  19. Make a cheese "hat" :)
  20. Sprinkle with dry herbs.
  21. Put chopped lard on the bottom of the multicooker bowl so that the potatoes are well browned underneath.
  22. Place potatoes in a slow cooker.
  23. Set the mode "Baking" (time 60 minutes). If you want to cook quickly, then 30-40 minutes will be enough. I baked for about 60 minutes so that the bottom was nicely browned.
  24. This is such a crispy crust! :)
  25. Stuffed potatoes with chicken and mushrooms are ready! :)
  26. Bon appetit:)
