Good refreshing and warming tea.

  1. 1. Brew tea in a teapot: 2 teaspoons per 400 ml of water. Tea can be taken as a whole as you like. I like herbal or green in this version.
  2. 2. Finely chop the lemon slices. Ginger is cut into strips.
  3. 3. Peel one slice of grapefruit from the peel and films, and separate the pulp. It is good to use the workpiece. I always make preparations from lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit: I cut the fruit and cover it with sugar, put it in jars, then in the refrigerator. You can put them in tea, in pastries, in salads. The resulting syrup is delicious.
  4. 4. I combine tea, lemon, ginger, grapefruit, and sugar (which can be replaced with honey).
