  2. 2. To make a decoction, pour 1 liter of water into a saucepan, and boil. Put the cinnamon stick, and orange zest, and pour the orange juice. Cook for 3-4 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the decoction of cinnamon and orange through a sieve.
  4. 4. Boil water for brewing. Pour the tea into a dry teapot and pour boiling water over it. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour tea leaves into a cup, and add a decoction of cinnamon and orange. Cut the remaining orange into slices. Put an orange slice into the tea. Add honey or sugar to your tea to taste.
