The second version of the classic tincture (ratafia) “Nesmenyaivka” is for the better half of humanity :) At the end of the recipe, there is a “bonus on oak”. It turns out very pleasant to the taste, light, fragrant, and sunny. Suitable for both fruits and meat (any!). Complements friendly gatherings with positive and genuine and real fun.

  1. 1. First of all, we pour the purchased 2 liters of vodka (any!) into empty bottles, into which finely chopped oranges were previously pushed to the very top. You can, of course, everything in a 3-liter jar. Finely chopped oranges and vodka. It is at first that we fill the container (do not tamp, just fill it) with orange slices, then fill it with vodka to the top and tightly cork. It stands for a week at room temperature, it is better in the dark (we cover it with a thick towel).
  2. 2. Then, as in the classic recipe. In a 3-liter jar - lingonberries twisted in a meat grinder and cranberries (05 kg each, can be fresh, can be thawed), or 0.5 kg of sugar, or (for energy!) 125 g of sugar and 125 g of honey. 2 cinnamon sticks. You can have a couple of slices of orange-mandarin (for fragrance during infusion). And we fill it with the very “orange” vodka (now it has already lowered its degree to 2, approximately, and is sated with all the orange, which, it turns out when infused with wild berries with tannins (lingonberries and especially cranberries) makes the drink exclusively “feminine »:) We closed the jar tightly and insisted for a month at room temperature, shaking occasionally.
  3. 3. We'll open it up in a month and take a look.
  4. 4. We install a colander-sieve on the pan, on which, in turn, we put gauze in 8 layers folded.
  5. 5. Pour carefully from the jar. Let it drain first under its own weight.
  6. 6. Once filtered, add.
  7. 7. Pour until the entire jar overflows onto a sieve-gauze. In the end, swollen cinnamon sticks will fall out, we remove them so that they do not tear the gauze during manual squeezing further - and they gave everything they're all, they cannot be squeezed out.
  8. 8. If there were slices of mandarin oranges, they were squeezed out with their hands and removed. As the natural filtration under its own weight comes to an end, we help with a spoon and stir up a little berry pulp on gauze so that it flows better.
  9. 9. Well, in the end, carefully fold the gauze and wring it out with your hands.
  10. 10. This is an important point because in the remaining pulp of the berries there are all the most infused solid components that will give the drink the desired density and make it “as it should be”.
  11. 11. It must be said that almost a month later nothing remains of the berries if everything is squeezed out well because they have all been given into the drink.
