The main ingredients of my energy drink are “Cocktail” tomatoes, celery, and sprouted green buckwheat grains, which in ancient Greece were included in the diet of athletes, and participants in the Olympic Games, before the competition - to achieve better results, and after - to restore strength.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. I took 18 Cocktail tomatoes. I also needed: celery, buckwheat sprouts (I bought ready-made in the store), sour cream, tomato juice, chili peppers, dill, black pepper, and sea salt. While laying it out, I got a “mustache of hope” :)
  2. 2. Chopped celery.
  3. 3. I ground it with dill.
  4. 4. I put the first layer in a jar. My “football” jar turned out to have raised cells inside, so I was glad that I could make unusual layers. While making the second layer, I removed the workpiece from the refrigerator.
  5. 5. It's time to add "sensation thrills" to our drink.
  6. 6. While whipping the tomatoes, I added tomato juice to thin out the thick mass and a little chili pepper.
  7. 7. This is what the second layer looks like. Spread carefully so that the layers do not mix.
  8. 8. Then she put the jar back in the fridge and started preparing the third layer.
  9. 9. To do this, I ground sprouted green buckwheat.
  10. 10. Added sour cream and sea salt.
  11. 11. She ground again.
  12. 12. She carefully transferred the white layer to a jar, sprinkled it with black pepper, and put it back in the refrigerator.
