Coconut milk is a popular base for cocktails! Ideal for those who are contraindicated in cow's milk protein. Banana and pineapple go great together in this smoothie. Fast, delicious, refreshing! Perfect for a snack!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. We take bananas very ripe, and fragrant. We clean from the skin, break it into pieces, and send it to a blender.
  2. 2. Ideally, you can take 200 ml of freshly squeezed pineapple juice, fresh pineapple, and cut into cubes (200 ml). I took 7 pineapple rings, cut them, and sent them to the blender bowl. There is also a light syrup (200 ml). Added coconut milk, beat.
  3. 3. She took off her knife, put an ice-crushing bowl in the blender, and chopped ice straight into a cocktail.
