This recipe has a bright smell of citrus in the finished lemonade. This is because the peel is added to the workpiece, and then the lemonade is infused in the refrigerator for several hours.

  1. Boil water with sugar until the crystals dissolve. Cool the syrup.
  2. Peel the lime and ½ part of the orange. Remove only the top layer without touching the white part of the skin, otherwise, it will give bitterness.
  3. Add the zest to the syrup, and stir. Squeeze the juice from the lime and orange and add to the stock.
  4. Fill with water and refrigerate for 2 hours.
