I was 100% satisfied with the experience. So, let's start cooking and tasting!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. To begin with, I diluted homemade raspberry liqueur with regular milk, in a 1: 1 ratio. Homemade raspberry liquor is very easy to prepare (200 grams of raspberries are poured into 200 grams of cognac, infused for 10 days in a warm place, then filtered and fixed with 400 grams of sugar syrup), but you can take any liquor that you like. Then we carefully pour the milk-raspberry liqueur into glasses, after which we brew coffee in a Turk.
  2. 2. Then carefully pour the coffee into the glass to the syrup, trying to pour it along the wall so that the layers do not mix. In the photo, my hand was trembling (I held the camera with my other hand :)), so the layers connected a little. But with the second glass, everything turned out perfect for me!
  3. 3. The final step will be decorating the Viennese coffee with whipped cream and fresh raspberries (but I used frozen raspberries for decoration). And now it's time to treat yourself to "Raspberry Kiss"!
