Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1. I prepared shortbread dough in advance, intended for modeling and sculpting a "sweet mug".
  2. 2. Shortbread dough must be rolled out with a rolling pin. The thickness of the layer should be about 8 millimeters.
  3. 3. Place a glass in the center of the rolled-out dough circle to form a mug shape.
  4. 4. Next, remove the glass and sculpt our mug, giving it the desired shape. After that, we send it to the oven, heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. We take out the "sweet mug" from the oven and let it cool.
  6. 6. While the mug is cooling, prepare coffee. Pour coffee into the Turk, and put 2 candied violets. For a richer floral scent, I added 1 fresh flower. Bring to a boil, and strain.
  7. 7. Pour coffee into a mug, and decorate with whipped cream and violet.
