Whey cocktail with banana and agave syrup

  1. 1. I won’t write a recipe for homemade cottage cheese, I’ll just remind you that it is made from kefir, milk with kefir, or milk with sour milk sourdough. After straining and weighing the curdled milk, the whey necessary for the drink is obtained.
  2. 2. Shake whey can be cold if you want a refreshing drink or room temperature if it's for a baby or for other health reasons. Pour a serving of agave syrup (or honey) into a tall blender glass.
  3. 3. Add banana slices next.
  4. 4. Pour in the whey and beat the mass with the immersion nozzle of a blender until smooth at maximum speed or on turbo mode.
