Zucchini baked with sausage and cheese

Zucchini baked in the oven with boiled sausage and cheese is an inexpensive, but very original dish from affordable products! Zucchini circles after baking remain juicy, and the sausage-cheese mass that covers them gives the zucchini an interesting taste. Zucchini in this design is a great appetizer, a light dinner or a versatile addition to any lunch dish.

  1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.
  2. Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees.
  3. Wash the zucchini, wipe dry, cut off the edges. Cut the zucchini into thin circles about 0.5-0.7 cm thick.
  4. In a bowl, combine flour, salt and black pepper.
  5. Stir.
  6. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  7. Dip the zucchini slices in the flour mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  8. Send the zucchini to the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
  9. While the zucchini is baking, prepare the filling. Grate boiled sausage on a coarse grater.
  10. Hard cheese also grate on a coarse grater.
  11. Rinse the parsley, dry and chop.
  12. In a bowl, combine sausage, cheese and parsley.
  13. Peel and chop the garlic. Beat an egg into the filling, add mayonnaise, chopped garlic, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  14. Stir. Stuffing for zucchini slices is ready.
  15. After 15 minutes, remove the zucchini from the oven and flip each slice to the other side.
  16. On top of each circle of zucchini, lay out the sausage-cheese mass.
  17. Return the zucchini to the oven and bake at 190 degrees for another 15 minutes.
  18. Transfer the baked zucchini from the baking sheet to a dish.
