INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry 230 g
dark bitter chocolate 200 g
butter 1 tbsp.
white chocolate (for decoration) taste
PREPARATION:
Gently wash the strawberries and dry. Do not remove the leaves. Insert a toothpick into the top of each berry.
Break the bitter chocolate, place it in a saucepan together with the butter and melt, stirring, in a water bath (you can also do this in a double boiler).
Dip each berry in melted chocolate, let cool slightly, then place on a platter until it cools completely.
Melt the white chocolate (e.g. in the microwave). Using a toothpick, apply strips of white chocolate to the surface of the bitter chocolate. Keep dessert in the refrigerator until
