INGREDIENTS:

minced chicken 1 kg

milk 150 ml

buns 2 pcs.

eggs 2 pcs.

onion 2 pcs.

garlic 2 cloves

cream 1 tbsp.

salt 1 tsp

vegetable oil taste

ground black pepper taste

PREPARATION:

Soak the loaf in milk for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the onion and garlic with a blender or twist through a meat grinder and send to the minced meat.

Add salt, pepper, eggs, a soaked loaf and a heaping spoonful of sour cream. Mix everything well and leave for 15 minutes.

Preheat a skillet, add vegetable oil and spread over a tablespoon of minced meat.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.
