Just enjoying two or three cups of coffee reduced the risk of depression by 15% compared to the anti-coffee drinkers. If you enjoyed four cups of coffee a day, the value even increased by 20%. If the annual consumption of Germans were to increase from the current 150 liters, there would hardly be any people suffering from depression. Unfortunately, this thesis is very daring, because depressions often have pathological characteristics that you certainly cannot tackle with coffee alone.
Why can drinking coffee be so healthy?
