A wonderful cake made from a fresh autumn harvest according to the principle of minimum flour, maximum fruit!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. So, first, let's peel and core the apples. Dividing the apple in half, cut it into thin slices.
  2. Now let's start preparing the dough. Beat eggs and sugar (90 g) with a whisk, then pour flour mixed with baking powder through a sieve. Pour in milk, rum (1 tbsp. L.), Sunflower oil and mix thoroughly again.
  3. We combine our apple plates with the dough and pour into a mold covered with baking paper (diameter approx. 25 cm). We put in the oven for 30 minutes, temperature 200 ° C.
  4. While the cake is baking, let's start pouring. Mix the remaining sugar (70 g), egg, rum (1 tablespoon) and pour in the melted butter. Beat everything with a whisk.
  5. We take our pie out of the oven, fill it with pouring and continue baking for another 10 minutes!
  6. After baking, we take out the cake and let it cool for 2-3 hours! (but better all night!) Before serving, decorate the pie with berries and cinnamon!
