Original minced meat cutlets in a "fur coat" of grated potatoes and carrots - a hearty and very tasty dish that will be appropriate on any table. Such cutlets are baked in the oven in cheese-sour cream sauce and are juicy and aromatic.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the minced meat in a bowl.
  2. Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes.
  3. Add the onion to the minced meat.
  4. Peel the garlic, pass through a press into a bowl with minced meat and onions.
  5. Add breadcrumbs, salt and black pepper.
  6. Knead the minced meat into a homogeneous mixture and place the minced bowl in the refrigerator while you prepare the rest of the food.
  7. Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. Sprinkle the grated potatoes with salt, stir and leave for 5 minutes, then squeeze out the juice.
  8. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.
  9. Peel, wash and grate the carrots. Add carrots to potatoes.
  10. Beat an egg into a bowl with potatoes and carrots, add black pepper and ground turmeric.
  11. Stir the potato and carrot mixture.
  12. Take the minced meat out of the refrigerator and mold balls of a large enough size with your hands soaked in water (I got 8 pieces).
  13. Then stick the prepared balls on all sides with potato-carrot mass. This is done easily and quickly, despite the apparent complexity.
  14. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and put the cutlets in it.
  15. For the sauce, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, put in a bowl.
  16. Add sour cream, salt, dried herbs to the cheese.
  17. Pour in warm boiled water and stir.
  18. Pour the sauce over the patties, spreading most of the cheese over the patties.
  19. Bake the meatballs in a vegetable coat in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  20. Baked minced meat cutlets in a potato-carrot "coat" are ready. Serve hot patties with fresh vegetable salad or pickles.
  21. Bon Appetit!
