Loose baked potatoes with creamy egg sauce and herbs are a delicious and satisfying dish for a homemade lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare potatoes and the necessary ingredients for the Polish sauce. You will also need foil to bake potatoes in the oven.
  2. Wash each potato well and wrap it in a double layer of foil. Send to the oven, preheated to 180-190 degrees, for 40-50 minutes. Roasting time depends on the size and variety of potatoes.
  3. Hard boil the eggs (7-8 minutes after boiling), then cool in cold water and peel. Mash the boiled eggs with a fork.
  4. Wash the dill greens and pat dry with paper towels. Chop finely.
  5. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the polish sauce. To do this, put butter in a frying pan - it should melt not on low heat. Make sure that the oil does not start burning!
  6. When the butter is melted, put the eggs and dill in the pan, season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  7. The Polish sauce is ready, leave it in a warm place.
  8. The potatoes are baked. Make a cross-shaped cut on the potato and squeeze the tuber from the sides so that the potato pulp appears a little out of the cut.
  9. Place the cooked polish sauce on top of the baked potatoes. Do not regret it, put more sauce, it is very tasty!
  10. Serve hot baked potatoes with Polish sauce. Homemade pickles go well with baked potatoes.
  11. Bon Appetit!
