Baked potatoes with sour cream and garlic sauce

Loose baked potatoes are complemented with a wonderful sour cream sauce with herbs and garlic! A hearty and harmonious dish!

  1. Choose potatoes about the same size.
  2. Rinse potato tubers, dry with a towel. Combine vegetable oil with smoked ground paprika and salt, mix. Grease each tuber with spicy oil on all sides.
  3. Wrap each potato in fragrant oil in a layer of foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake the potatoes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about an hour, depending on the size of the potatoes. Check the doneness with a wooden skewer - the potatoes should be completely soft.
  4. Combine sour cream with mayonnaise, add chopped garlic, finely chopped dill, salt and black pepper.
  5. Add lemon juice and stir.
  6. Carefully remove the potatoes from the foil, cut the upper part of the tuber. Place 1 tbsp for each potato. a spoonful of sour cream sauce. The remaining sauce can be served separately.
  7. It is best to serve this dish while the potatoes are hot.
