The English dessert "Banoffee pie" (Banoffee pie) got its name from the merger of two words: "banana" and "toffee", that is, soft caramel. Banoffee is a heavenly delight, not a dessert! Fragrant bananas on a pillow of boiled condensed milk, topped with an airy cloud of whipped cream. I offer a simplified, but no less delicious version of a dessert without baking, which will amaze everyone, but will not take much of your time, but only half an hour.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind cookies into small crumbs with a rolling pin or blender.
  2. Transfer the cookie crumbs to a bowl, add melted butter at room temperature. Mix.
  3. Line a detachable form with parchment and put in it the base of the crumbs with butter.
  4. Form the bottom and sides of the form, tamping the crumb well. Put in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Whip the chilled cream, starting at low speed of the mixer, gradually increasing it to medium. Add vanilla sugar.
  6. Lubricate the biscuit base with boiled condensed milk.
  7. Arrange sliced bananas on top.
  8. Carefully remove the base of biscuits with condensed milk and bananas from a detachable form. To do this, first pass a sharp knife between the walls of the base and the sides of the mold.
  9. Cover bananas with whipped cream.
  10. Decorate the no-bake cake with grated chocolate.
  11. English pie "Banoffee" is ready!
  12. Enjoy your meal!
