Bean and potato cutlets

Cutlets can be made with boiled beans and potatoes - a great alternative to meat cutlets.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. In a chopper (blender with wide blades), combine peeled potatoes, beans, eggs, chopped onions, salt and pepper.
  2. Grind until puree.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
  4. Spoon the resulting mass into heated vegetable oil.
  5. Fry the bean and potato cutlets for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Bean and potato cutlets are ready!
