Very easy to prepare, but very tasty and beautiful, like a cake, chocolate cake will help you out in any situation. The baked biscuit is soaked in milk and covered with boiled condensed milk cream, due to which it turns out exceptionally soft and juicy. Such a pie-cake will be appropriate both during a family tea party and on a festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Boil milk and cool.
  3. Break eggs into a deep bowl and add sugar.
  4. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer on medium speed for 1-2 minutes. Then increase the speed to maximum and continue to beat the eggs for another 7-8 minutes, until the mass has increased in volume by 2-3 times.
  5. Combine flour with cocoa and baking powder. Sift the flour mixture into the bowl with the beaten eggs and mix gently from bottom to top until you get a smooth dough without lumps.
  6. Pour the batter into a high-sided baking dish (mine is 22x28 cm).
  7. Put the form with the dough in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the chocolate biscuit for 35-40 minutes, until cooked.
  8. Remove the biscuit form from the oven. Poke holes all over with a wooden skewer. Pour the biscuit with 150 ml of cooled milk and let it absorb completely.
  9. Transfer the boiled condensed milk to a bowl and whisk with 100 ml of milk until smooth.
  10. Spread the condensed milk cream over the surface of the cake and smooth it out.
  11. Heat the remaining milk (50 ml), add chopped chocolate to it and mix until smooth.
  12. Transfer the resulting icing to a cornet for convenience. Squeeze drops of frosting in a spiral onto the cake, and then connect them with a toothpick.
  13. Put the chocolate biscuit cake with boiled condensed milk in the cold for 6 hours.
  14. Decorate the cake as you wish. I garnished with cranberries, mint sprigs and tangerine slices, they complement it perfectly.
  15. Cut the pie into bite-sized pieces and serve.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
