A simple and delicious recipe - croquettes from boiled chicken meat, mashed potatoes and cheese, breaded, deep fried. Pretty old recipe.

  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and cook until soft.
  2. We make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes. Add butter.
  3. Boil chicken drumsticks with salt and bay leaf.
  4. Remove the chicken meat from the drumsticks and cut into small pieces. We leave the bones, do not throw them away.
  5. Add chopped chicken meat, grated mozzarella cheese, chopped dill to mashed potatoes. Squeeze out the garlic, salt, pepper and mix everything well.
  6. We divide the mass into 8 balls (I got 170 g each). We make a cake, in the middle we put a bone from a drumstick and form a cutlet in the form of a chicken drumstick.
  7. Dip in flour, dip in beaten eggs and roll in breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat the vegetable oil well in a saucepan. Deep-fry potato-chicken croquettes on the bone until golden brown.
