Cake "Confetti" with cream cheese cream is a bright delicacy that will give not only a pleasant taste, but also a great mood. Delicate fragrant cake, the dough for which is prepared on kefir with the addition of multi-colored sugar sprinkles, harmoniously complements the delicious cream, reminiscent of ice cream in taste. It is not difficult to prepare such a cake-pie, and you can even serve it on a festive table.

  19. Whip the cold cream with the remaining icing sugar until stiff peaks form.
  20. We combine both masses, mixing at slow speeds of the mixer.
  21. Spread the cream evenly over the pie.
  22. We decorate the cake "Confetti" with cream cheese cream as desired, I use confectionery sprinkles and multi-colored dragees. We send it to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
