To taste - one to one as a well-known children's cake. Chocolate biscuit roll with butter cream, cut into pieces-cakes.

  1. Proteins are separated from the yolks.
  2. Whisk egg whites with 3 tbsp. l powdered sugar until thick foam.
  3. Gradually add the yolks. Whipping.
  4. Next, add the sifted flour, cocoa and soda (all together). We mix.
  5. We cover the baking sheet with parchment. Pour the batter into a thin layer. We put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10-13 minutes.
  6. While the cake is baking, you need to wet the towel. We turn the finished cake for the roll on a wet towel, remove the paper. If the paper does not come off, wet it with water.
  7. Next, together with a towel, roll up the roll and put it aside.
  8. For the filling, mix cheese, softened butter and 3 tbsp. l. powdered sugar (mixer).
  9. We unroll the roll, apply cream, roll up the roll. Put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
