Quick cake "Napoleon" of three ingredients. I highly recommend cooking! In time, you will need 30-40 minutes plus time for impregnation. But the taste and tenderness of this cake is simply beyond words! All lovers of the Napoleon cake will be guaranteed to be delighted. Delicate soaked puff pastry cakes with delicious cream! A minimum of ingredients and time costs, but it turns out a simple, quick and tasty cake.

  1. Turn on the oven and preheat to 220 degrees.
  2. The dough does not need to be rolled out, but only thawed and cut into long strips 1-1.5 cm wide. Bake at a temperature of 220 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. For the cream, beat the chilled cream at the minimum speed of the mixer. Whisking slowly, fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream in a thin stream.
  4. Line a rectangular or square shape (the size of my shape is 30x10 cm) with cling film. Lubricate the bottom with cream.
  5. Lay out one layer of cooled puff sticks, grease with cream on top.
  6. Lay out the next layer of sticks, then cream, etc. Leave 3 tbsp. spoons of cream and 2-3 sticks for decoration. Cover the cake with buttercream with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 12 hours.
  7. Take the cake out of the mold and flip it over onto a serving platter.
  8. Lubricate the cake with cream from all sides. In order not to stain the dish, you can cover it with pieces of parchment.
  9. The remaining puff sticks carefully crumble. Sprinkle the crumbs over the top and sides of the cake.
  10. Quick cake "Napoleon" is ready, call everyone for tea!
  11. To neatly cut the Napoleon cake into portions, freeze it and cut with a serrated bread knife.
