Charlotte can be not only with apples, in this recipe they are perfectly replaced by black currants. Delicious, aromatic, slightly sour cake.

  1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanillin.
  2. We knead the dough.
  3. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with oil, pour out the dough and put the berries on top, previously washed and dried.
  4. I have a Panasonic multicooker, I bake on the "Frying vegetables" mode with an open valve and a covered lid for 40 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar and serve with tea.
  5. Have a nice tea!
