What could be better and tastier than apple charlotte? The aroma of apples with cinnamon and honey is simply mesmerizing! Charlotte is a frequent guest in our family, I don't like to repeat myself, every time I want to do something in a new way. This recipe is one of their favorites, I highly recommend it to everyone !!!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Finely chop the nuts with a knife and add honey to them. Choose apples the size of your shape or smaller. Remove the core from the apples, fill each apple with nuts and honey.
  2. For the dough, beat softened butter with sugar and whisking, add one egg at a time, sifted flour with baking powder and cinnamon until smooth. Then add milk and stir until smooth.
  3. Line the bottom of the split mold with parchment paper, pour out 2/3 of the dough and place the stuffed apples in it.
  4. Pour out remaining dough and flatten the top. Put the form in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees and bake the cake for 40-50 minutes until tender (check the readiness with a wooden stick - it should come out dry from the cake). When the cake is ready, let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. I garnished the top with salted caramel.
