Cheese cookies

Adding cheese to the cake, you get not only delicious but also useful treats.

Ingredients

• Margarine - 1 pack;
• Soda - 0.5 teaspoons. Extinguishing;
• Flour - 300 g;
• Cheese - 350 g;
• Sugar - 50 g.

Directions

1. Beat cheese and margarine.
2. Add soda. Sprinkle with flour. Knead.
3. Put away in the cold.
4. After an hour, roll out into a layer of five millimeters.
5. Take a glass. Cut out the circles.
6. Soak each part in sugar.
7. Fold in half.
8. Put in the sugar again.
9. Also, fold.
10. The resulting triangle is soaked in sugar.
11. Take a brush. Soak in oil. Grease the pan. Layout the triangles. Sugar should be on top. Bake in the oven.
