Cheesecake without baking

Berries and fruits can be added to sour milk desserts, for example, as in our peach cheesecake recipe. Or try making a chocolate cake from sour cream jelly. And even a novice cook at home can handle a cheesecake without baking with gelatin, the recipe which we present to you.

Ingredients

• Low-fat sour milk cheese 500 g
• Butter 150 g
• Creamy 200 ml
• Gelatin 20 g
• Sugar 150 g

Directions

1. Prepare gelatin: fill it with water (100 ml) and leave for 60 minutes. Meanwhile, do the bottom layer of cheesecake: melt the butter, and grind the cookies into crumbs. Spread the bottom layer of cheesecake from the mixture of cookies with butter and place the form in the refrigerator.
2. When the gelatin swells, heat it but do not bring it to a boil. Leave to cool. Whip the cream with the sugar, add the cottage cheese, and mix until smooth. Carefully add the gelatin and mix again. Spread the cheese and cream mixture on a layer of cookies. Cheesecake without baking should stand in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
