A recipe for a hearty and tasty salad from simple products. Making chicken and potato salad is quick and easy.

  1. Any chicken meat will go for salad, but chicken breast is tastier and more tender. So let's take chicken breast. It is brewed quickly, twenty minutes will be enough.
  2. Cook unpeeled potatoes for salad, and clean the already cooked and slightly cooled.
  3. Three peeled potatoes on a coarse grater, and then divide the resulting potato mass into 2 parts.
  4. Put one part of the grated potatoes in a salad bowl with the bottom layer of our salad. Salt potatoes and grease with mayonnaise.
  5. We disassemble the boiled chicken breast by fibers, divide the disassembled meat into two parts. We spread one part of the chicken meat on the potatoes, salt and pepper. We make a mayonnaise mesh on top.
  6. Pour chopped onions on the chicken meat, make a mayonnaise mesh again. It will be delicious to add chopped green onion feathers.
  7. Finely chop the pickled cucumbers, put on top of the onion.
  8. Put the rest of the boiled potatoes on the pickled cucumbers. Lubricate it with mayonnaise.
  9. Put the rest of the chicken meat on the potatoes, add salt.
  10. The next layer is a fresh cucumber, which can be grated on a coarse grater. Grated fresh cucumber smells stronger than sliced.
  11. We make a mesh with mayonnaise.
  12. We decorate the salad with pre-cooked eggs.
  13. Cut a flower out of a half of a boiled chicken egg, and parsley will replace the leaves of the flower. Decorate with some carrots and you're done.
  14. The salad needs to soak for at least a couple of hours. It is better to make such a salad in the evening, cover it, and then put it in a cold place overnight.
