  5. Peel and dice the onion.
  6. Peel the garlic, chop finely. Chop parsley and dill.
  7. Combine potatoes, onions, garlic, herbs, eggs, mayonnaise and flour in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Mix thoroughly.
  9. Dip each chop generously in batter.
  10. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry chicken chops in potato batter for 2-3 minutes on one side. Then turn over, cover the pan with a lid and fry the chops for another 2-3 minutes.
  11. During the frying process, add oil as needed.
  12. We turn on the oven and heat it up to 180 degrees.
  13. Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and put chops in it. Lubricate the chicken chops in potato batter with sour cream. We send the chops to the oven for 15 minutes.
