  4. Add sliced ​​mushrooms. Fry, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Place with potatoes.
  5. Add finely chopped greens and green onions. Mix. The filling is ready.
  6. Mix 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tbsp. spoonful of chicken seasoning. Coat the inside and outside of the chicken with this mixture.
  7. Stuff the chicken with the filling and chop or sew up the incision.
  8. Place on a baking sheet. Put in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake chicken stuffed with potatoes and mushrooms, depending on the size of the chicken (1 hour 15 minutes per 1 kg of weight). I baked my 2-kilogram for 2.5 hours.
