Chocolate cake with bananas turns out to be delicious, tender, moderately juicy, thanks to sour cream, and homely. Since the most common and relatively budgetary products are needed to make such a cake, it can be easily prepared for a family tea party!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the Chocolate Banana Cake.
  2. Also prepare the baking dishes in advance (I used 2 18 cm diameter molds, but you can use one 24 cm mold if you wish). Line the bottom of the molds with paper, and grease the sides with a thin layer of butter and sprinkle lightly with flour.
  3. Prepare a mixture of dry ingredients. Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.
  4. In a separate container, combine the eggs with sugar, beat them into a lush and dense foam.
  5. Add condensed milk and sour cream. Stir.
  6. In two or three steps, add a mixture of dry ingredients to the dough.
  7. The dough should be moderately thick and completely homogeneous.
  8. Divide the dough into two equal parts and fill in the molds with it.
  9. Send the forms with the dough to the oven preheated to 170-180 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Be sure to check the readiness with a skewer.
  10. Let the finished cakes cool completely on a wire rack. Then cut them into 2 equal pieces.
  11. Prepare cream. To do this, combine sour cream with sugar.
  12. And lightly whisk everything with a whisk until the sugar is completely dissolved. If desired, a little vanilla sugar or lemon zest can be added to the aroma cream.
  13. Also peel and slice 2 medium bananas.
  14. Assemble the cake. Put one cake on a dish, grease it with a portion of cream, and put banana circles on top.
  15. So collect the cake. Decorate the finished cake to your taste. I left the edges of the cake intact, but if desired, they can also be smeared with cream.
  16. Sprinkle the top of the cake with chopped walnuts or almond flakes and chopped chocolate.
  17. That's all! Banana chocolate cake is ready!
  18. Send it for several hours in the refrigerator for impregnation and you can serve it to the table.
