A chocolate cake is prepared with the addition of dark chocolate, and a cream is prepared with the addition of coffee.

  1. Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
  2. In a saucepan, mix sugar with butter and water, bring to a boil, remove from heat, add dark chocolate to the saucepan, stir, let cool.
  3. Then add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Then add flour with cocoa to this mixture, mix until smooth.
  4. Line a 22 x 32 cm ovenproof dish with foil. Pour the dough into the mold and place in a preheated oven, bake the cake for 30-35 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, you can prepare the cream. Dissolve coffee in 1 tbsp. spoonful of water, let cool. Mix butter with powdered sugar and diluted coffee, beat until smooth.
  6. Remove the finished cake from the oven, let cool, then remove from the mold and cover with cream. Sprinkle the cake with chocolate chips.
