Delicate cake with a delicious combination of chocolate and prunes, with a slight sourness of sour cream and soft creamy taste of mascarpone.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix eggs, sour cream and sugar in a bowl. Whisk.
  2. Add sifted flour, cocoa, salt and soda.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly with a whisk.
  4. Grease a baking dish (about 23 cm in diameter) with butter and sprinkle with flour. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth out. Send to the oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. Boil prunes until soft.
  6. Drain the water and mash the prunes with a pusher (you can puree with a blender).
  7. Cool the finished chocolate-sour cream biscuit and cut into two cakes.
  8. Beat sour cream with sugar and mascarpone cheese into a fluffy thick cream. (Sugar can be pre-ground into powdered sugar, or you can use ready-made powdered sugar.)
  9. Spread the cakes with cooked prunes puree, and then with sour cream.
  10. Gently spread the cream on the top and sides of the cake and put the chocolate cake with prunes in the refrigerator for an hour.
  11. Before serving, decorate the chocolate cake with prunes and sour cream of your choice, such as cocoa powder and chocolate.
  12. Enjoy your meal!
