Chocolate cake with whipped cream and fruit

Great chocolate cake for the holidays! The cake is large and enough for all the guests.

  1. For the cake, sift the flour. Beat sugar with eggs, add kefir with soda. We introduce cocoa and flour, mix until a homogeneous dough.
  2. We bake the cake in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  3. Cool the finished cake, cut horizontally into two cakes. Soak with a spoon of syrup or liquor.
  4. Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks. We cut strawberries into slices.
  5. Lubricate the first cake with cream, spread the strawberries on it with a thick layer. Cover with a second layer. Top the chocolate cake with cream.
  6. We decorate the chocolate cake with fruit, cream and grated chocolate. Cool the chocolate cake in the refrigerator.
