Chocolate Curd Cake is a very interesting and delicious dessert recipe. Often this cake is called "peat".

  1. Beat softened butter with sugar at low speed. (You don't have to wait for the sugar to dissolve, just stir.)
  2. Mix flour with cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Add butter to dry ingredients and rub with hands until crumbly.
  4. Beat the eggs, then gradually add sugar with vanilla sugar and beat again.
  5. We add cottage cheese, sour cream and starch there. We mix everything well.
  6. We cover the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper and pour a little more than half of the “dough” there. We distribute and form the sides.
  7. Pour out the filling.
  8. Spread the remaining "dough" on top and send it to the hot oven. We bake a chocolate-curd cake at 190-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes (we check the readiness with a toothpick).
  9. "Peat" cake is ready. Cool the chocolate-curd cake and serve.
