Chocolate ice cream and cookie dessert

An easy-to-make chocolate dessert made from ice cream and cookies. Ice cream dessert cake can be prepared in advance and surprise your guests.

Ingredients

  1. Crush chocolate sandwich cookies (oreo type). You will need 1.5 cups of cookie crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix cookie crumbs and sugar (optional). Add oil, mix.
  3. Pour the biscuit mixture into a 22 cm cake tin. Press down to form the bottom and sides of the chocolate ice cream dessert cake base. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Spread half of the ice cream over the cookie base. Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup.
  5. Use a knife to make patterns (in the form of a whirlpool, cobwebs or to your taste).
  6. Carefully place the remaining ice cream on top, pour over the remaining syrup and again make a pattern on the surface of the ice cream dessert with a knife.
  7. Cover and freeze chocolate dessert made from ice cream and cookies.
  8. Remove the chocolate cake dessert from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving. Decorate with cookies if desired.
