Delicious and original chocolate tart will serve as a wonderful dessert both during a family tea party and at a festive table.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place the cookies in a tight bag and use a rolling pin to crush into a homogeneous crumb (you can also crush the cookies using kitchen appliances).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove over low heat (or in the microwave).
  3. Pour the crushed cookies into a bowl, add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
  4. Cover the bottom of the mold (diameter 20 cm) with baking paper. Put the mass of cookies into the form, spread it along the bottom and sides of the form, forming sides 3-4 cm high, and tamp well.
  5. Send the form to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10-15 minutes (until a slight ruddy appears).
  6. Combine milk and heavy cream in saucepan. Put on fire and bring the mixture to a boil.
  7. Break the chocolate into small pieces, pour the hot milk-cream mixture over them and leave for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, stir until smooth.
  8. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
  9. Add the eggs to the chocolate cream mixture and stir.
  10. Pour the chocolate cream over the base for the tart and send it to the preheated oven for another 20-25 minutes so that the cream sets.
  11. Cut the marshmallow into two halves.
  12. Spread the marshmallows over the frozen cream.
  13. Brown the top of the tart in the oven under the grill until golden brown (at this stage, do not be distracted so that the top does not burn!).
  14. Let the chocolate tart cool completely and you are ready to serve!
  15. Enjoy your meal!
