Cold Korean soup "Kuksi" with beef

  1. Chop the cabbage thinly, cut the beef into thin strips, grate the radishes and cucumbers.
  2. Send the meat to the oil heated in a frying pan, fry the beef for 2 minutes over medium heat, then add cabbage, two types of ground pepper, salt, mix everything.
  3. Reduce the heat, simmer for 10 minutes, transfer to a dish or plate, let cool.
  4. Boil the noodles in salted water, then cool them under cold running water, transfer to a shallow bowl, add a little vegetable oil and stir.
  5. Mix finely chopped garlic and cilantro with soy sauce, pepper, vinegar, salt, vegetable oil.
  6. Break the eggs into a bowl and add a little salt, add 2 tbsp. water.
  7. From the resulting egg mass, bake several thin omelets, cool, then roll up into thin tubes and cut into thin noodles.
  8. Stir salt, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce in ice water.
  9. Serve cold Korean soup "Kuksi" with beef as follows: put some cabbage with beef in a plate, then put chopped omelet, noodles and vegetable salad, pour the sauce into the finished dish.
