This cake recipe is so simple that even a novice hostess can use it. A simple no-bake cake can be made with biscuits and boiled condensed milk cream, heavy cream and butter.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Let's prepare the ingredients.
  2. Cream will need a fat content of 33%. Peanuts can be bought raw or immediately roasted and peeled. I have raw. Remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance, by the time of use it should be soft.
  3. Lightly fry the nuts in a dry frying pan for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The fire is minimal, otherwise the nuts may burn. Peel the roasted peanuts.
  4. Now you need to chop the nuts. To do this, I placed the peanuts in a plastic bag and tapped the nuts with a kitchen hammer. I didn’t grind too much - large pieces will do.
  5. Grind cookies in the same way. True, it is not very convenient to break a large portion like this, it is better to grind it in parts.
  6. This is how I managed to crush the cookies. Some pieces turned out larger, others smaller, and some pieces were crushed into powder. That's the way it should be.
  7. Whip the cream with a mixer until soft peaks.
  8. Butter cut into medium pieces. In a bowl, add butter and condensed milk to the cream. Mix thoroughly.
  9. In the resulting cream, add cookies and nuts.
  10. Mix the cream with nuts and cookies.
  11. Put the resulting mass into a mold. I used a silicone mold. It is convenient to remove the finished cake from it.
  12. Fill the form with the resulting mass and tamp well.
  13. If there is no form, it is very easy to get out of the situation. I got quite a lot of mass, so I put the rest in a bowl. To make it easy to remove the cake, cover the bowl with polyethylene.
  14. Fill the bowl with the mass and tamp down.
  15. We cover the mass in a silicone mold and in a bowl with cellophane and put both molds in the freezer for several hours. The mass should solidify and become solid.
  16. After a few hours, remove the frozen cake from the mold.
  17. You can decorate such a cake without baking in any way: with any berries, sprinkles, chocolate, or leave it without decoration. I garnished with berry slices.
  18. Enjoy your meal!
