Cottage cheese and sour cream dessert with cookies is prepared without baking, which allows you to significantly save time. Cream of sour cream and cottage cheese softens the cookies, making the dessert very tender and tasty!

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell (about 20 minutes). Then heat until the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil.
  2. We combine cottage cheese with sour cream and sugar and beat with a blender until a homogeneous consistency so that there are no lumps.
  3. Pour gelatin into the curd mass and beat again.
  4. At the bottom of the form (I have a form measuring 20x25 cm) lay out cookies.
  5. Pour some of the curd on top.
  6. Next, alternate layers of cookies and cream. I got 3 layers.
  7. We put the dessert in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably at night) so that it freezes.
  8. Rub the chocolate on a fine grater. Sprinkle the finished curd dessert on top with grated chocolate.
  9. Cut cottage cheese and sour cream dessert with cookies and serve in portions.
  10. Enjoy your meal!
