Grind 100 g of your favorite cookies in a blender.
Melt 75 g butter.
Add butter, rum (cognac, whiskey, flavoring - depending on what is at hand and what flavor you want to get) to the crumbs.
Mix everything well.
At medium speed, beat cottage cheese, sour cream (I replaced mascarpone with sour cream, it also turned out very well), eggs and sugar.
Grease a tin with a removable bottom with butter (this is not in the recipe, but I always do this). Lay out the crumb cake so that on the sides you get a "side" of 3 cm, or so.
Pour in the curd and company mixture. :)
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 50 minutes.
Let cool in the mold and decorate as you like. :)
