Dried Fruit and Nut Cookie Cake is a sumptuous, effortless homemade treat. Cream for the cake is made from sour cream and condensed milk. You do not need much experience and special skills to prepare this cake. All products are available and well combined with each other. This dessert won't stay in the fridge!

  1. Break the crackers into smaller pieces with your hands and place in a bowl.
  2. Clean the peanuts and add to the crackers.
  3. Dry the walnuts a little in a dry frying pan, cool and chop with a knife into small pieces. Add chopped nuts to bowl with crackers and peanuts.
  4. Finely chop the prunes and dried apricots and add to the rest of the products.
  5. Add raisins.
  6. Stir in crackers, nuts and dried fruit.
  7. Combine sour cream with condensed milk.
  8. Add the resulting cream to crackers, nuts and dried fruits.
  9. Stir so that the cream covers the cookies, dried fruits and nuts as evenly as possible.
  10. Cover a container of a suitable volume with cling film. Put the resulting mass inside, tamp. Also cover with a film on top, put a flat bowl or plank, set a small load.
  11. Place the cake in the refrigerator overnight.
  12. Then release the cake from the film and put on a large dish.
  13. Cookie cake with dried fruits and nuts is ready!
  14. The no-bake cake is best served chilled.
