Cut the potatoes into small pieces, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Boil the broth in a saucepan. Add carrots and potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes.
Disassemble the cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. Add to the soup along with salt and pepper. Cook everything together for another 5 minutes.
Mix the cream with 1 tablespoon of broth. Add 2 more spoons of broth in turn, stir each time.
Pour the cream into a saucepan with soup, stir and after a minute remove from heat.
