Make a creamy cake without baking - it will take you ten minutes. Plus, wait a couple of hours for the cake to soak. Even a child will make this simple cake. Cookie cake is being prepared, but it looks spectacular.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients.
  2. To impregnate cookies, they used canned pineapple syrup in rings or slices, which are sold in cans. Cottage cheese can be taken at home, but not sour. Cookies can be used only one color, it will be no less tasty.
  3. Beat the chilled cream with a mixer, gradually adding powdered sugar.
  4. Puree cottage cheese with a blender or rub through a sieve.
  5. To the curd add 2 tbsp. spoons of whipped cream. Punch with a blender. Then add a couple more tablespoons of cream and beat again with a blender.
  6. Add the curd mass to the whipped cream and mix with a blender until smooth.
  7. Cover the bottom of a detachable form (18 cm in diameter) with parchment paper and grease with cream cheese cream (a couple of tablespoons will be enough).
  8. Put the cookies in the mold along the side, layering with cream and alternating dark and light cookies. First, take dark cookies (immediately set aside a few pieces to decorate the cake) - dip in syrup and put in a mold along the side. Gently grease the cookies with cream, a layer of about 1 cm.
  9. Then dip the light biscuits into the syrup and place them vertically in a circle in a mold, pressing firmly to the cream.
  10. Do this until there is no room left in the form, alternating cookies in color (filling the form in the center, the cookies can be broken into pieces).
  11. Top with cream.
  12. Grind the remaining dark cookies in a blender into crumbs and sprinkle the cake on top.
  13. Put the cake without baking in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to solidify and soak.
  14. Decorate the cookie cake with curd cream to your liking. For example, nuts (or berries, chocolate, etc.).
  15. Cake without baking is ready.
  16. Enjoy your meal!
