Creamy soup with minced meat, cheese and potatoes

Creamy soup with minced meat, hard cheese and potatoes - delicious, satisfying and quick enough to cook. The soup has a delicate creamy cheese taste and a wonderful aroma. Great lunch without too much time and effort!

  1. Peel and cut the onions into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the green onion.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for about 3-5 minutes, until soft and light golden brown.
  4. Add minced meat to the pan.
  5. Mix the minced meat and fry for 5-7 minutes, until browned. During frying, break the minced meat lumps with a potato grinder or fork.
  6. Here is such a crumbly minced meat.
  7. Add green onions to the fried minced meat and mix.
  8. We also add flour, mix.
  9. Fry the minced meat for another 1-2 minutes.
  10. Transfer the fried minced meat to a saucepan.
  11. Pour the minced meat in a saucepan with water and bring to a boil. We remove the formed foam.
  12. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  13. Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  14. Then pour in the cream and add salt.
  15. Cook the cream soup for another 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are cooked.
  16. Rub hard cheese on a coarse grater.
  17. Add cheese to the soup.
  18. Also add black ground pepper to the soup.
  19. Cook the soup for another 3 minutes and remove from heat.
  20. Finely chop the dill greens.
  21. Pour the creamy soup with minced meat, cheese and potatoes into plates, add chopped dill to each portion.
