Delicate biscuit cake with cottage cheese filling and sour cream.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grate margarine on a coarse grater, grind cookies to crumbs. Mix margarine and biscuits and lay on the bottom of the mold. Remove to refrigerator.
  2. Mix cottage cheese, sour cream and flour. Beat eggs with sugar. Mix everything until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
  3. Pour the biscuit base with the curd filling and place in the preheated oven. Bake a curd cake at 170 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  4. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla sugar and pour over the cake. Return the cheese cake to the oven for another 5 minutes.
